Junior Technology runs this website and the Junior Technology Course app. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email and password (stored encrypted) to create your account. If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name, email and Google account ID from Google; we do not see your Google password.
• Your purchases and payment reference numbers, to give you access and send invoices. We do not see or store your UPI PIN or bank details.
• Which lessons you watched, so you can continue where you left off, and what you write in the app: notes, doubts and reviews.

How we use it

To run your account, open your courses, send invoices and important account emails, and answer your support questions. We do not sell your data.

Storage

Videos are stored with Cloudflare. Account data is stored on our servers in India and abroad with trusted hosting providers.

Lessons you download in the app are saved encrypted on your own phone, play only inside the app and are removed when you log out.

Deleting your account

To delete your Junior Technology account and its data, email support@juniortecnologycourse.in from your registered email (or message us on WhatsApp from your registered mobile number) with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account, profile, progress, notes, doubts and reviews within 7 days. Invoices for paid orders are kept as long as the tax law requires, then deleted.
